Bruce Hernandez serves as Senior Vice President, Director of Client
Services, and Senior Project Director on research projects for government agencies
and in the areas of behavioral health, transportation, recreation and facility
development.
With a degree in Marketing and advanced studies in Social/Economic
Statistics and Quantitative Systems, Mr. Hernandez has played a key role in
developing the Center's quantitative research arm. The unique methodologies
he has developed to solve difficult research problems have earned the Center a
national reputation for accuracy and precision at all levels of study
completion. His expertise in sampling has been especially important in the
successful completion of major multiphase longitudinal studies.
A principal in BRC since 1971, Mr. Hernandez is widely respected for
his skill in study design, implementation and analysis, and is often called on to
lecture on research methodologies and to serve as an expert witness in sensitive
litigation cases, especially with regard to sampling theory and sample design.
Bruce Hernandez is active in: Arizona Supreme Court Committee on
Judicial Performance Review; Bureau of the Census Subcommittee of Population
Characteristics; American Statistical Society; American Marketing Association; ASU
Alumni Association, Valley Forward Urban Concept Committee and the Board of
Directors of PBS station Channel 8.
