Vice President,
Operations & Quality Control
As BRC's Vice President of Operations & Quality Control, Mr.
Kamer oversees and manages the Center's operations units, including both phone and
field data collection divisions and the fulfillment of all data base development
and data processing services for both internal and external customers. In addition
he is responsible for the Center's company-wide technology interface, including
CATI systems, sampling services, statistical tabulations, interactive MACH III
services and programming.
Prior to joining BRC, Mr. Kamer had 20 years experience in the
United States Air Force, including 11 years managing the Services Information
Management System (SIMS). During that time, he developed a strong foundation in
problem-solving in a fast paced, constantly changing environment. He also served
three years as a Customer Service Instructor and two years as a Quality Manager.
His project experience includes spearheading and implementing the Internet and
e-mail based survey development program at BRC.
Mr. Kamer's educational background includes the Defense Language
Institute, Monterey, CA, as well as an Associates Degree in Food Service
Management.
